Specialties include management and organizational strategy driving transformational improvements in revenue and profit growth. Jim also raises debt and equity financing, advises on mergers and acquisitions and has unique abilities in identifying and monetizing unique selling propositions.
Jim serves on the Board's of both professional and philanthropic organizations, received a Bachelor of Science degree from Providence College and certifications from MIT - Managing Technical Professionals and Cal Tech - Strategic Planning.
